Helping Ninjas Organic Fresh Guacamole
- 4 Ripe Organic Avocados
- A cup of Organic Multi Color Cherry Tomatoes or 6 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion (We use yellow onion, but any onion is fine)
- 1 – 1 /2 cups of Cilantro leaves
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1-2 Dash Salt
- 1 lime (Squeeze juice directly into mix)
Directions:
Chop and mix all ingredients. Add avocado last.
**If using a food processor, only pulse the ingredients so that they are chopped and not blended so much they become soup-like. Add all ingredients (besides avocado) and pulse until diced/chopped. Add avocado and pulse until desired texture. (We like ours chunky!)
Tip from the chef: Non-Organic Avocodoes can sometimes be farmed with the use of pesticides and severely effects the taste. If you can chooose to use all organic ingredients, pay the cost per avocodo! Its worth it- you may be surprised to taste the differencein the taste and consistency of the quac.
